The United Way will have a host of volunteers in Waterford on Tuesday, January 24 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
They will be attempting to make contact with each homeless person in the town which will likely lead them into the wooded areas. They will be in small groups and will have cell phones and flashlights with them.

We wanted you to be aware of their activities as they try to place a number on the overall homeless population in the area. If you see some flashlights and people in the woods or other areas the homeless can gather in town, we wanted you to be aware why.
As always, you can call us if something seems amiss and we will respond.
