Waterford All-Stars Going to World Series

The Waterford 13 and 15-year-old All-Stars are going to the World Series and are raising funds to assist with the cost of travel.

Bowl with the Boys of Summer will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, at Waterford Family Bowl. Visit the Facebook event listing for more information.

Steak night at the Birdseye will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 13.

“All proceeds benefit the players for everyday essentials while on the road,” according to the Birdseye Café.

A 50/50 raffle will take place and grilling is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets cost $20 and feature a full steak dinner. Tickets are available at the Birdseye Café.
