Waterford Commission Approves Plans For Residential Development
The Planning and Zoning Commission has approved plans for a six-apartment building development.
WATERFORD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a proposal for a six-building apartment complex with 216 units, according to The New London Day. The Myrock Avenue development calls for 144 one-bedroom and 72 two-bedroom apartments.
The project, dubbed Waterford Central, will reuse an office building on the southern portion of a 27.6-acre parcel.
