Waterford Coronavirus Update: Cases Reported At Nursing Home

WATERFORD, CT — Two residents at Bayview Health Care nursing home have tested positive for COVID-19, The Day reported. One patient is a woman who remains in isolation at Bayview; the other is a man who has been hospitalized.

Both patients were in the long-term unit at the 127-bed facility. A spokesman for Athena Health Care Systems, which operates Bayview, confirmed the cases but did not provide specifics, according to The Day.
