Waterford Electric Firm Wins National Subcontractor Of The Year
A Waterford-based company with 50 years in the business has received an award from the Small Business Administration.
WATERFORD, CT — Dicin Electric Co., a Waterford-based firm, has been named the Small Business Administration's National Subcontractor of the Year. The family business has been in Waterford for five decades.
U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney tweeted the following: "Congratulations to Dicin Electric Co – SBA National Subcontractor of the Year! In Waterford, owner Cindy Hersom is carrying on a family legacy of agile work for our region.
"50 years on, Dicin continues to grow, with potential for more work ahead in eastern CT’s surging economy."
