Waterford High School Seniors Receive Scholarships

The Waterford Professional Firefighters Association honored two students who are planning on entering the medical field.

On June 10, Waterford Professional Firefighters Association honored its 2015 Brian Anderson Scholarship recipients. The scholarship committee members selected Makayla Andrews and Patrick Linicus.

Both are graduating Waterford High School this year and have chosen to go on to college in the medical field. Makayla is currently in the testing process to be an EMT and Patrick is Firefighter/EMT in town.

“We wish them both the very best of luck,” the Waterford Professional Firefighters Association said in a press release.
