Waterford Man Charged with Getting Teen Drunk, Sexually Assaulting Her: Report

A 16-year old has testified that the suspect told her they would "take this to the grave" as he cleaned up her vomit.

WATERFORD, CT - A Waterford man went on trial Monday for the sexual assault of a teenager more than a year and a half ago, The Day reported.

Jarah M. Davis, 29, is accused of giving a 16-year old girl a large amount of alcohol while she stayed at his house in May of 2015, according to The Day. The teen testified that Davis then began to make non-consensual sexual advances on her.

The victim said Davis told her they would take the incident to the grave as he cleaned up her vomit, The Day reported. The suspect has denied the allegations, and a sexual assault nurse examiner from the Middletown Hospital testified she did not find signs of physical trauma.
