Waterford Man Found Guilty For Reckless Burning
A jury found a local man guilty of setting a fire in his parents' home.

WATERFORD, CT - A jury found a local man guilty of setting a sheet on fire in his parents' home, then calling police to falsely report an intruder had entered the home, according to The Day. Mark Capasso Jr., 34, could serve six years in prison for reckless burning and second-degree false reporting.
He is free on $175,000 bond. Capasso admitted on the witness stand that he set fire to the sheet and covered the floors and furniture with fire starter.
