Waterford Police Arrest Groton Man On Drug, Gun Charges
A Groton man is facing a litany of drug-dealing and gun charges, according to police.
WATERFORD, CT — A Groton man has been charged with numerous drug and gun crimes, according to Waterford police. Waterford police responded to a car crash with injuries on Route 85 near Lakes Pond Road at about 3 p.m. Jan. 22.
While investigating, officers found a gun as well as drugs including methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, PCP, Suboxone, Alprazolam, Clonazepam, crack cocaine, and fentanyl.
Following the investigation, police obtained an arrest warrant for Zachary Larochelle, 32. He was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a firearm, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and several other charges.

Larochelle was arrested Monday and remained in custody on $250,000 bond.
