High speed pursuit/reckless driving/wanted person!

The Waterford Police Department received this today regarding one of our officers -

To Whom it May Concern,

I'd like to tell you about a wonderful officer who has great generosity of spirit and a wonderful sense of humor!

Officer Ferland was responding to an alarm in my neighborhood, and, when he was done with his official business, he took the time to make our afternoon!

He allowed us to snap this photo, and even gave my son and step-son junior officer stickers.

Thank you all for all you do, and thank you for your dedication to the community.
