Waterford Police Investigating 3 Car Collision, All Involved Identified

Police as anyone who may have information about this collision to contact them.

WATERFORD, CT - The Waterford Police Department Accident Investigation Team is investigating a collision that occurred on Monday afternoon on the Boston Post Road.

The incident occurred in the area of Reynolds Lane, according to a release. The collision involved three vehicles, and police said all drivers and occupants have been identified.

Vehicle 1 driver: Brianne Colonna, 27, of Bethel is in stable condition at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Vehicle 2 driver: Olivia Turowski, 60, of Waterford is in stable condition at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Vehicle 2 passenger: Laura Welp, 27, of Allston, Massachusetts, is in stable condition at the Lawrence and memorial Hospital.

Vehicle 2 passenger #2: Stephanie Turowski, 24, of Waterford was transported to the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.

Vehicle 3 driver: Arthur Spence, 27, of New London was not transported.

Investigating officers are in the process of reconstructing the collision, verifying leads and conducting follow up interviews with witnesses. Police are asking anyone in the area of Boston Post Road and Reynolds Lane around 1:30 PM or who may have information about this collision to contact them, either by phone (860-442-9451) or via direct message on Facebook.
