Waterford Police: Man Stole $1.1 Million from Local Business
Police say the man turned himself earlier this week.

Waterford police say Todd C. Francis, 51, of Brooklyn, CT, allegedly stole more than $1.1 million from a local supply company.
Francis voluntarily turned himself in after being notified of a warrant for his arrest, police said. Francis was employed as an operations manager at a local supply company for approximately 10 years.
After billing discrepancies and missing paperwork were discovered by the business, a financial audit was conducted, police said. As a result of the audit, the alleged theft of approximately $1.1 million dollars was discovered, police said.

Francis was held on a $75,000 bond. He was charged with first-degree larceny.
