Waterford Police Seek Help Identifying Suspect In Theft Case
The female suspect was captured on surveillance footage, according to police.

WATERFORD, CT — Police are looking for the public’s help in identifying a woman wanted in connection with a theft case.
According to police, the suspect was captured on surveillance footage on Dec. 31, 2025 around 1:15 p.m., when she entered the local Verizon store on Hartford Turnpike.
Police said the woman ordered an iPhone through a victim's Verizon account, then presented phony identification in the victim’s name to pick up the new phone.

The suspect was driving what appears to be a Mercedes or BMW with no known registration plate, according to police.
