Waterford Police Seek To ID Man Accused Of $3K Theft
Police are seeking to identify a man accused of using a victim's credit card to buy more than $3,000 worth of merchandise.
WATERFORD, CT — Police are searching for a man accused of stealing a victim's credit card then charging more than $3,000 to the card. The theft occurred at about 2 p.m. Nov. 23 when the victim's wallet was stolen at a Target in Waterford.
The victim's card was then used to purchase $3,188 worth of merchandise at a Best Buy across the street.
An image of the suspect police said used the credit cards is available at the department's Facebook page.
