Join us for an in depth exploration of Acupuncture Theory and Taoist 5 Element Theory. Learn how chi, yin and yang and the 5 elements work together to create health and balance within the body. We will go over 5 element chi exercises you can practice to cultivate your wellness and inner peace. This is a lecture on health, acupuncture and spirituality.

Tyler Ellison is Licensed Acupuncturist and Universal Healing Tao Instructor. He specializes in energy medicine, and offers spiritual coaching and lifestyle coaching. He is with Ascension Naturopathic Healing Center in Waterford.
