With the budding of flowers and the buzzing of bees we celebrate the arrival of Spring! Unfortunately, all the butterflies and blossoms tend to arrive with Spring's most aggravating counterpart, seasonal allergies!

Join Nora Toomey, clinical herbalist of True Bloom, to discuss the roots of seasonal allergies, and learn how to support the body with plants that not only address the most common symptoms but can prevent allergies entirely!
