The border between Northern Ireland (part of the UK) and the Republic of Ireland (in the EU) presents challenges for all parties in fully implementing Brexit. Paul Nugent will provide an update on this issue in the context of Irish-British-EU (and US) relations, and the ongoing Centenary Commemorations of Irish independence. This is an hour presentation with Q & A following.   Click here to register in advance.

Paul Nugent is Executive Director of the Southeast Connecticut World Affairs Council (SECWAC).  He grew up in Ireland, attending college and graduate school at University College Dublin, before emigrating to the U.S. in 1989.
