Are you participating in the Summer Reading Program at the Waterford Public Library?  We want to hear from you!

We are required by the Connecticut State Library to offer this survey regarding Summer Reading participation to help us remain eligible for state-funded programming. It will take approximately five minutes to complete the eleven questions.  For parents and caregivers filling the form out for a participating child, please provide the child's answers to the questions.
