Waterford Recreation Activities Cancelled
The community center will be closing this afternoon (Wednesday, Jan. 28).

Hello everyone. All Waterford Recreation and Parks Programs and activities have been cancelled once again for today, this includes anything held at the schools.
The community center will be closing today at 4 p.m. Our maintenance men will be working on parking lots for all parks. Please note that they will be working on roadways and parking lots today, everything goes by priority. Please be careful when going into parks.

Also as a rule of thumb, if schools are cancelled all Recreation and Parks Programs and activities are cancelled, this includes use of schools (i.e. pool, gymnasiums for youth sports, etc.).

Waterford’s Forecast From the National Weather Service
- Thursday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 31. Wind chill values between 10 and 20. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the afternoon.
- Thursday Night: Snow likely, mainly after 1 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 29. Wind chill values between 20 and 25. South wind 5 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
- Friday: A chance of rain and snow showers before 3 p.m., then a slight chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 35. Breezy, with a northwest wind 6 to 11 mph increasing to 18 to 23 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 37 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
