Waterford Releases Parking Ban, Shelter, Towing Information
The Department of Emergency Management is asking residents not to leave home unless they have to travel.

- The state of emergency for the town of Waterford will be lifted effective 7 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, and town buildings will be open as of that time.
- The parking ban remains in effect until all the roadways have been cleared by the Public Works Department. Again, if your vehicle is on the roadway, it will be towed if [it’s] not moved. Towing is at the owner’s expense.
- The regional shelter will be closing at 3 p.m. today (Tuesday) and there will be no shelter available to Waterford residents as of that time.
- The Governor has lifted the travel ban as of 2 p.m. today (Tuesday). If you do not have to travel please stay home.
- Again, garbage pickup is suspended until next week. Thank you.
