Tonight’s [Dec. 9] Santa run of Zone One has been postponed to Monday, Dec. 15, due to the weather.

Waterford’s National Weather Service Forecast

• Tonight: Rain likely. Cloudy, with a low around 41. North wind 13 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

• Wednesday: Rain. High near 44. North wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

• Wednesday Night: Rain showers likely before midnight, then a chance of rain and snow showers between midnight and 3am, then a chance of snow showers after 3am. Cloudy, with a low around 32. North wind 11 to 14 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

• Thursday: A chance of snow showers before noon, then a chance of rain showers. Cloudy, with a high near 41. Wind chill values between 20 and 30. West wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

• Thursday Night: A slight chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a low around 30. West wind 7 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

• Friday: A slight chance of snow showers before noon, then a chance of rain showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
