Children can decide where and when to begin and are welcome to Trick-or-Treat at participating merchants. There will be live music, local sports team mascots, balloon artists, candy and more. At Blue Back Square, Gina J. and 96.5 TIC will be onsite hosting a trunk-or-treat event, games and giveaways. At 11 a.m., Dog Star will be on hand in the Raymond Road lot for a pet adoption.
