55+ Pride Party Slated At West Hartford Senior Center

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The town's senior center system is hosting a special Pride Party June 13 for those 55 and over and part of and/or supporting the LGBTQ+ community.

With June being Pride Month, West Hartford Pride and the town are behind several events celebrating the contributions of those in the community.

The "Pride 55+ Party" will take place Thursday, June 13, at the Elmwood Community Center, 1106 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

All are welcome and there will be entertainment by "Queens Mia, Kenya, and Ivanna."

In addition, event organizers are promising a "rainbow of refreshments" will be available.
