A Sacred Way of Life in a Secular World: Living a Soulful Life with Thomas Moore
Copper Beech Institute, the preeminent center for mindfulness and contemplative practice in Connecticut, welcomes you for this healing weekend retreat. Understanding that the spirit illumines and inspires the soul, so that when we truly live from a deep place, anything and everything can become sacred, this retreat will show in detail how to find the sacred and to live from the soul in everyday life, adding richness, depth and connection. Nature, objects of art, family, community and one’s own life journey can all be sacred. Most of our problems are due to neglect of soul and spirit, and so this retreat is an opportunity for healing. Tuition is $250 + Accommodations. For more information, please visit: copperbeechinstitute.org/sacred-way
A host of retreats, courses, and programs are planned at Copper Beech Institute through mid-2015, including our 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course with UMASS faculty; Overnight R&R and Day Retreats, free will offering Monthly Meditation Groups, and more. Additional events are being scheduled for the 2015-2016 season. For more information, please visit: copperbeechinstitute.org.
Wishing you peace.
