Accounting Firms Merge; Mugford & DiBella Begins Operations
The newly merged firm provides a range of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and financial services, for businesses and individuals.
Effective on October 1, the accounting and tax services firms of DiBella, LLC and Mugford & Co., LLC merged to form Mugford & DiBella, LLC, based in New Britain. The firm provides a range of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and financial services, for businesses and individuals. The principals of the firm are Andrew Rosenberg, CPA; Steve Gitberg, CPA; and Brian DiBella, CPA, CSPM.
“This merger is driven by our shared and unrelenting commitment to provide our clients with the highest level of responsive, expert services. We take great pride in the caliber and professionalism of the services that we provide to each of our clients,” the principals said in a letter to clients announcing the merger.
