The free, all-levels classes are led by certified West Hartford Yoga instructors and combine yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. Each session lasts an hour.

Wednesday classes are scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Eisenhower Park, 33 Sheep Hill Drive, through Aug. 26. Instructors Marianne Esposito and Aieyat Zalzala are leading the sessions.

Sunday classes run from 9 to 10 a.m. at Beachland Park, 847 South Quaker Lane, through Aug. 30. Kate Smallidge and Kristen Werblow lead those sessions.

Classes are canceled in the event of rain or wet ground.

Participants are asked to preregister through West Hartford Yoga's online schedule. Those who register will receive cancellation notices by email if weather or ground conditions prevent a class from being held.
