West Hartford's Health Department Hosting Back-To-School Vaccine Clinic

WEST HARTFORD/BLOOMFIELD, CT — The West Hartford-Bloomfield Health Department will hold a back-to-school immunization clinic Wednesday for students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

The clinic is scheduled for Aug. 19 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the health department's office at 580 Cottage Grove Road, Suite 100, in Bloomfield.

All vaccines required for school will be available, according to the health department.

Appointments can be reserved by calling 860-561-7900. Walk-ins are also welcome.

The health department said stuffed bumblebees will be available for children who receive a vaccine.
