State police say the single-vehicle crash involved entrapment, and the westbound ramp and highway section remain shut as drivers are urged to avoid the area while the investigation continues.

MDC Completes $138M Pump Station for South Hartford Sewer Tunnel (constructionreviewonline.com) β A massive new $138 million pump station is now complete for the South Hartford Conveyance and Storage Tunnel, which runs beneath Hartford and West Hartford and will sharply cut sewer overflows into local waterways.
