Sarah Neighbours Appointed Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage West Hartford Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Simsbury resident Sarah Neighbours has been appointed sales manager of its West Hartford office. Neighbours will be responsible for the oversight of 60 sales professionals serving West Hartford, Bloomfield, Hartford, the Farmington Valley and the surrounding communities in Greater Hartford.

Prior to her new role, Neighbours was an award-winning sales associate in the Simsbury office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

With eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Neighbours has gained a deep understanding of the housing market in the Farmington Valley and Greater Hartford. Over the course of her real estate career, Neighbours has received numerous awards for her sales achievements, including as Coldwell Banker’s top selling agent in Simsbury and the Coldwell Banker^® International President’s Circle award, which is presented to the top 4 percent of approximately 90,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker^® system.

Prior to her real estate career, Neighbours was a business owner and accounting consultant. She is the director of membership for the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.
