When reflecting on her educational philosophy, Montoney said, "A Catholic school education provides an opportunity to educate the whole child. As Catholic educators we need to prepare our students to enter an ever-changing, complex world. They will not only need to compete in a challenging job market, but they will be faced with difficult decisions and expected to make moral judgments." Montoney continued, "I am committed to developing strong students and building a program that call students become leaders in their communities."
