Beleza Beauty & Well Being Announces October Events

Beleza Beauty & Well Being, located in West Hartford Center, is announcing two special events coming up in October. The first, on Thursday, October 4, is an Essential Oil Make & Take Class, in which participants will “Make Your Own Roller Bottle Blend,” developed to help sleep better, enhance immunity, reduce tension, increase energy, improve digestion and more.

The class is taught by Cindy Porter Marsella, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and Karen Simard. They take a holistic and spiritual approach to healing and wellness. Class size is limited to 15 guests. The class will be held at 7 p.m.; roller bottle cost is $5. Then, on Wednesday, October 17, Beleza will present a complimentary Epionce Light Refresh Peel Event, when “zero downtime allows you to capture that refreshed and bright glow to your face and neck.”

Since opening this summer, Beleza Beauty & Well Being has added a comprehensive array of medical aesthetics, nutrition and women’s health services. Professional services include medical nutrition therapy, weight loss programs, mindfulness-based stress reduction, diabetes education, specialized menopausal services, massage therapy and yoga.

Beleza owner Nilce Conti, an advanced skin specialist who has been in the industry for nearly 40 years, points out that programs and services are individualized and customized by an expert staff, including Medical Director Kerry Rausch and clinical nutritionist and dietitian Janet Schaefer.

Beleza features completely private rooms, beautifully redesigned spaces, and industry-leading technology and equipment. On-site facilities include a newly designed private Himalayan Salt Room and a distinctive private Infrared Sauna. Salt room massage and yoga are also offered.
