4-H Education Center at Auerfarm (aka Auerfarm) is excited to announce the Annual Party in Plaid Fundraiser, a farm-to-table dinner celebration, on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Auerfarm will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary with a multi-course farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Stephen from the MRG Group, accompanied by a live auction and music.
This fundraiser helps fund Auerfarm’s mission of inspiring children and adults to engage in, learn about, and enjoy agriculture, science, and the natural environment. Auerfarm delivers agricultural education through field trips, enrichment programs, summer camp, and birthday parties; to provide community events and a safe space for all to learn, explore, and connect.
Fun fact: Before 1976, the 120-acre farm was owned by Beatrice Fox Auerbach, former president of the revered G.Fox retail store in downtown Hartford.
