Car Crashes into West Hartford Building, Nearly Hits Woman in Bed: UPDATE
Police said the car stopped right in front of a woman's bed but miraculously did not injure her. BREAKING

WEST HARTFORD, CT - A vehicle crashed into a building in West Hartford on Wednesday that caused a wall to collapse, according to media reports.
Police said a Subaru Legacy crashed into 20 Starkel Road, NBC Connecticut reported. Officers are currently investigating the situation, but have ruled it accidental pending further investigation.
The vehicle nearly hit a woman inside her apartment during the collision, Fox 61 reported. Police said the car stopped right in front of a woman's bed but miraculously did not injure her.

Officers suspect the elderly driver may have mistaken the gas pedal for the brakes, according to Fox 61. No one was reported injured as a result of the incident.
