Emmanuel College, Boston MA

• Sarah Hoisl of West Hartford has been named to Emmanuel College's Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Ithaca College, Ithaca NY

• Ithaca College congratulates two West Hartford students named to the Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. They are Lydia Loiselle, a Biology major, and Caroline Grant, a Business Administration major.

James Madison University, Harrisonburg VA

• James Madison University is pleased to announce Alexander Baker graduated during the May 2019 commencement exercises. Baker, from West Hartford, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies.

Stonehill College, Easton MA

• Erin O'Brien, of West Hartford, a member of the Class of 2019, has been named to the spring 2019 Dean's List at Stonehill College. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

Union College, Schenectady NY

• Nearly 500 members of the Class of 2019 were honored at Union's 225th Commencement in Memorial Fieldhouse on June 16. Graduates from the Class of 2019 included four students from West Hartford: David Blakelock graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics; Emily Bobruff graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude majoring in Political Science; Matthew Masciocchi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science; and Brendan McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Geology.

University of San Diego, San Diego CA

• Anna Hardy of West Hartford graduated from the University of San Diego on May 26. Hardy earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

University of Scranton, Scranton PA

• Anne Ferketic of West Hartford was among more than 1,650 students named to the University of Scranton's Dean's List for the 2019 spring semester. The Dean's List recognizes students for academic excellence. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the Dean's List. Ferketic is a senior health administration major in the University's Panuska College of Professional Studies.
