Corbin's Corner Renovation, Trader Joe's Expansion Approved

Plans for the New Britain Avenue shopping center were approved by the West Hartford town council.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Corbin's Corner will be renovated, and tenant Trader Joe's will be expanding, following unanimous approval Tuesday from the West Hartford town council.

The Hartford Business Journal reported the shopping center on New Britain Ave. will be upgraded by year's end, costing about $7 million. Additional storage space bill be added behind Trader Joe's, and a new restaurant will replace the former Jared jewelry store.
