Coronavirus West Hartford: Latest Numbers Released
As of Tuesday morning, a total of 618 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported among Connecticut residents.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — As concerns continue to mount over the new coronavirus pandemic, the Connecticut Department of Public Health has released the latest figures.
As of 10 a.m. Tuesday, a total of 618 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported among state residents, with confirmed cases now reported in all eight Connecticut counties. Seventy-one patients were hospitalized, and 12 residents have died (seven in Fairfield County, two in Hartford County and three in Tolland County).

Hartford County has 88 confirmed cases, with 17 patients hospitalized. Six confirmed cases have been reported in West Hartford. The most confirmed cases are in Fairfield County with 384, or a little more than 62 percent of the state's total.
