COVID-19 Vax Survey Released For West Hartford-Bloomfield
The West Hartford-Bloomfield Health District wants folks to take the online survey so it can gauge COVID vaccine perceptions in both towns.
WEST HARTFORD/BLOOMFIELD, CT — No longer the frightening public health menace it was two or three years ago, COVID-19 is still something folks must think about when assessing yearly public health agendas.
To see just how much people are making the COVID-19 vaccine a priority, the West Hartford-Bloomfield Health Districtis asking residents of West Hartford and Bloomfield to let them know.
Tuesday, the two-town health department released an online survey for residents 18 and 0lder to take.

The survey will take a look at vaccine hesitancy, attitudes and awareness regarding the potentially life-saving medical step.
The goal, according to the health district, is to improve vaccination and booster rates in the community.
