Despite the Heat, 15 West Hartford Residents Complete Boston Marathon
Runners ranged in age from 23 to 62.

If you had to pick a day to run a marathon, Monday wasn't it. With temperatures well into the 80s in Boston, thousands of runners who had signed up decided not to run and at least a hundred who ran were taken to the hospital.
But these hearty souls from West Hartford not only ran but completed the race.
