WEST HARTFORD, CT — If you think your car is a Yugo, but it's taxed like a Porsche, you might want to clear your calendar later this month in West Hartford.
The Town of West Hartford's Board of Assessment Appeals for motor vehicle assessments will take place on Thursday, Sept. 19, and Saturday, Sept. 21.

The Sept. 19 session will take place from 5 to 7 p.m., while the Sept. 21 session is from 9 to 11 a.m.

Those appealing their taxes must bring filled-out applications and the motor vehicle(s) for which they are appealing.
Applications for the appeals are available in the West Hartford Assessor's Office in Room 142 of the West Hartford Town Hall, 50 S. Main St., West Hartford.
