Frank is the 2012 Pastel Society of America Hall of Fame Honoree. Since 1978, only 36 artists have been awarded this honor. When selecting an honoree, the judges look for expertise in pastel painting, prominence and peer respect in the pastel field, significant contribution to the world of pastel,professional recognition, past background and credibility.
A seasoned artist and instructor who has been teaching at the West Hartford Art League for over 20 years,Frank will shows examples of his pastel work, as well as his differentstyles of painting and talk about his career.
