Learn to Play Like a Pro with the Mandell JCC and Andrew Pinnock’s February Vacation Football Clinic; Monday, February 20, 2012

Forget “Tebowing,” it’s all about doing the “Pinnock” at the Mandell JCC’s Sports Vacation Program Football Clinic featuring former NFL player, Andrew Pinnock, on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT.

The Head Coach of the clinic, Andrew Pinnock, has played for the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos over six seasons. While a senior at Bloomfield High School, Mr. Pinnock was named Mr. Football in 1998 for the state of Connecticut, and won both All-State and All-District honors. He is currently active in youth out reach programs specializing in leadership training and coaching football.

The morning clinic is for children in grades 2 through 6, and will feature various skill-building drills including proper throwing techniques, catching, route running, jump cutting, blocking, learning to reduce fumbles, and more. The clinic will culminate with a flag football game.
