NEW YOGA STUDIO OPENING IN WEST HARTFORD
Sacred Movement LLC announces the debut of a new yoga studio in Bishop's Corner at 10 Sims Road, next to iparty.
Sacred Movement Yoga is happy to announce that we will be opening soon in Bishop's Corner, West Hartford! With an integrated program of power yoga, anusara, gentle yoga, kids' yoga, and a variety of specialty classes, we will provide the tools and guidance to support each student's quest for health and greater well-being. Individuals will have the opportunity to practice in a non-competitive environment that welcomes all levels of experience. Our certified, nurturing instructors will emphasize proper alignment, relaxation, and the mind-body connection in order to foster an empowering sense of community.

Sacred Movement is the brainchild of Elizabeth Sullivan, who after living and practicing yoga in Los Angeles for 12 years, saw an opportunity to expand the yoga community in West Hartford.
