The Sonia Plumb Dance Company will present the premiere of its newest performance, Water Wars, at the Carol Autorino Center at the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, Ct. at 7:30 p.m. on September 21 and 22. Water Wars is an entrancing production choreographed by Sonia Plumb and performed by her dance company. Dancers will perform to original music performed live by award-winning composer, Cory Gabel. “Water Wars explores our very human relationship to water both spiritually and physically,” said Sonia Plumb, artistic director and choreographer. “The Company’s dancers will take the audience on a tumultuous journey through moments of humor, intensity and thoughtfulness as it exposes emotionally-charged issues.”
