Mifflin Lowe started his career as an award-winning copy writer but returned to his first love, writing children’s songs and performing for kids in a variety of settings.  Lowe’s stories and music delight children of all ages.

Lowe’s rock opera “The King Who Forgot His Underpants” is about King Gridley, whose iron throne is so cold that he keeps warm by wearing special fur underpants. When he forgets one day, it leads to an environmental catastrophe. The girls and boys from the West Hartford Youth Ballet will dance to the music of this inspired story.
