West Hartford Symphony Orchestra Tenth Annual Pops Concert

The West Hartford Symphony Orchestra, under the musical direction of Richard Chiarappa, will present its tenth annual Pops Concert at the West Hartford Town Hall Auditorium (50 South Main Street) on Armed Forces Day, Saturday evening, May 19th, at 8:00 p.m.

Broadway, Movies, Dance,
and an Armed Forces Salute

The Pops concert never fails to delight with its mix of Broadway songs, movie themes, and dance music by your favorite composers, such as Rodgers and Hammerstein, John Philip Sousa, Leroy Anderson, and John Williams. Rounding out this season’s tenth anniversary theme “favorite movements/favorite moments” the Orchestra will be rejoined by popular guest artists Sheri Ziccardi  (soprano) and Chris Stone (baritone). “Sheri and Chris are sure to make you glad to be a part of the audience,” said Richard Chiarappa.
