Eviction Notice Filed Against Restaurant In West Hartford
The landlord claims the restaurant's owners haven't paid the rent since May.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The owners of the controversial Los Imperios restaurant, located at 904 Farmington Avenue in West Hartford, have been issued an eviction notice by the building’s landlord for failing to pay rent, according to multiple reports.
FOX 61 reports the landlord claims owners Ernesto Leon and Guillermino Marquez have failed to pay rent for the space since May 2017.
Leon told We-Ha.com that he hasn’t paid the rent because the restaurant has been operating without air conditioning for the past four-and-a-half months, which he said has reduced his business by 50 percent.
