Famous Chinese Acrobat To Put On Show In West Hartford
She will be at the Noah Webster Library on Saturday, March 8, for a free program that does require advance registration.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The local library is hosting a special guest Saturday from China who aims to astound, amaze and do things that, usually, would be frowned upon in a library setting.
But Chinese acrobat Li Liu's talent and skill will be on full display from 2 to 3 p.m. at the West Hartford Public Library System's Noah Webster Library, 20 S. Main St., West Hartford.

The program is free, but registration in advance is required.
Liu has performed in West Hartford before and Saturday will feature "her incredible show featuring hand balancing, plate spinning, trick cycling, foot juggling, ribbon dancing, and Chinese water bowl manipulation."

More than oohs and ahs, however, guests will also learn a thing or two about various aspects of Chinese language, geography and culture.
