Fight Cluttered Homes Via West Hartford Program
The Town of West Hartford is hosting a free, 16-week self-help program aimed at helping folks learn to de-clutter their homes.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Would you like to live a life less cluttered?
Join the 'Buried In Treasures' workshop, a free 16-week self-help and support group for people who have too much stuff and want to declutter their lives.

Classes will meet every Tuesday from 1 to 2:15 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Sept. 17, at West Hartford Town Hall, 50 S. Main St. The program is for West Hartford residents only.
Each session will focus on a chapter from the self-help book, "Buried in Treasures."

This group offers a judgment-free environment for people with hoarding behavior who are ready to make a change.
Attendees will:
- Gain increased insight and awareness into your patterns of acquiring, saving, and hoarding.
- Receive support from others in a judgment-free environment.
- Develop strategies to declutter your home.
- Change problematic acquiring and discarding behaviors.
Registration is required for the free program and space is limited.
