Hall Students Organizing Fundraising Drive Against Leukemia

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A student group based at Hall High School in West Hartford is working to raise money for cancer research in the hope of saving lives in the future.

Team ‘Hall Titans for Change’ is raising money to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

According to the Town of West Hartford, the seven-week campaign runs until March 24.

All proceeds support LLS’s goal of ensuring access to cures and treatments for blood cancer patients, wrote the town.

The team with the most money raised is named ‘Student Visionaries of the Year.’

"Funds raised are making a huge impact on blood cancers," wrote the town in an announcement. "Donations are tax deductible and any amount is greatly appreciated. Every dollar is a vote for the ‘Hall Titans for Change.'"
