Hartford Resident Wins Large Lotto Payout In West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD/HARTFORD, CT — Imagine getting a $25,000 annual boost to your income for the rest of your life.

For one lucky Hartford resident, that's exactly what happened when the individual walked into a West Hartford gas station and purchased a certain lottery ticket.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the person won $25,000 per year for the rest of their life on Friday, Jan. 30.

The winning game was Lucky for Life, a multiple-state drawing game with a grand prize of $365,000 a year for life. It was purchased in West Hartford at Turnpike Fuel, 338 Park Road.

But at $2 to play, the alternative, $25,000 prize is a nice investment too.
